- Allergen Warnings: Always check ingredients for allergens. We cannot guarantee that recipes are free from specific allergens
- Food Safety: You are responsible for proper food handling, storage, and preparation. Follow food safety guidelines

- No Liability: Cheffl is not responsible for any adverse reactions, injuries, or health issues resulting from the use of our recipes
Content Ownership: You own the recipes you generate through Cheffl. However, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute recipes you choose to make public on our platform. AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions.
5. Credits and Payments
Cheffl operates on a credit-based system. Important terms:
- Credit Consumption: Credits are consumed when you generate recipes. The cost per recipe may vary based on complexity and features used
- Free Credits: We may provide free credits daily or through promotions. Free credits are subject to change or discontinuation at any time
- Purchased Credits: Additional credits can be purchased through our subscription plans or one-time purchases

Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.
7. Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software) are owned by Cheffl and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership of recipes and content you create using Cheffl. By using our service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our service. If you make a recipe public on our platform, you grant us the right to display and share it with other users.
Trademarks: "Cheffl" and our logos are trademarks of Cheffl. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.
Third-Party Content: Our service may contain content from third parties, including AI-generated content. Such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimer
The materials on Cheffl are provided on an 'as is' basis. Cheffl makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Cheffl or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Cheffl, even if Cheffl or a Cheffl authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
10. Account Termination
Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@cheffl.com or through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we will delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect our service, users, or rights.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Any credits or unused subscriptions will be forfeited unless required by law. We are not obligated to provide refunds for terminated accounts.
